    HOW IT WORKS

Rx Destroyer™ patented solution begins dissolving medications and permanently bonding medications to solution’s activated charcoal immediately. Once medications attach to activated charcoal they are effectively irretrievable requiring 1,700°F for molecular release. At this temperature, metals such as brass and silver melt and drug adsorbents mineralized to carbon dioxide water.

Bisher – auЯer in Kalifornien – ohne Erfolg.

Genau dies hat „The American Academy of Pediatrics“ – eine Frontorganisation des pharmazeutischen Kartells mit dem Auftrag alles, was das Kartell fьr Kinder herstellt, anzupreisen und alle negativen Effekte davon zu unterdrьcken – in den letzten Tagen zugegeben!

A: Solche Studien haben nie stattgefunden.

F: Was ist mit all den unabhдngigen Statistiken, die zeigen, daЯ Impfen Krankheiten verbreitet?

    A: Kein Kommentar.

F: Auf welches wissenschaftlich bewiesene Prinzip beruht Ihre Theorie des Impfens?

A: Alle Menschen wissen, daЯ es so ist.

Und genau dies hat The American Academy of Pediatrics zugegeben.

Dies bringt mich zwangslдufig zum Thema: „Der Placebo-Effekt“:

„Du brauchst keine Impfungen, dein Glaube reicht vцllig aus!“

    HEALTH WELL CRAFTED

People are their stories. Be it the ones they tell everyone or only themselves. Truth is, the stories surrounding a person’s health couldn’t be any more personal and are usually fiercely guarded. For those stories, how they’re told is as important as who they’re told to.

    Pharmaceutical advertising agencies

Without story, there is no telling.

Without daring, there is no connecting.

So we tell to connect and package for impact.

    Our Work

Great never just happens. It’s crafted. It’s inspired. It’s insisted upon. There is a world of difference between excuse and reason. Yes. There are tons of reasons why the limitations of healthcare could limit its promotional expression, but we’ve decided to never let those stand as excuses for not doing the great thing. There’s always a way. And that way is our every day.

Due to increase in the population of high income group, there is every likelihood that they will open a potential US$ 8 billion market for multinational companies selling costly drugs by 2015. This was estimated in a report by Ernst Young. The domestic pharma market is estimated to touch US$ 20 billion by 2015. The healthcare market in India to reach US$ 31.59 billion by 2020. The sale of all types of pharmaceutical drugs and medicines in the country stands at US$ 9.61 billion, which is expected to reach around US$ 19.22 billion by 2012. Thus India would really become a lucrative destination for clinical trials for global giants.

    Characteristics of Indian Pharmaceutical Industry

The Indian Pharmaceutical sector is highly fragmented with more than 20,000 registered units. It has expanded drastically in the last two decades. The leading 250 pharmaceutical companies control 70% of the market with market leader holding nearly 7% of the market share. It is an extremely fragmented market with severe price competition and government price control.

    Why India?

Competent workforce: India has a pool of personnel with high managerial and technical competence as also skilled workforce. It has an educated work force and English is commonly used. Professional services are easily available.

    Steps to strengthen the Industry

Indian companies need to attain the right product-mix for sustained future growth. Core competencies will play an important role in determining the future of many Indian pharmaceutical companies in the post product-patent regime after 2005. Indian companies, in an effort to consolidate their position, will have to increasingly look at merger and acquisition options of either companies or products. This would help them to offset loss of new product options, improve their R D efforts and improve distribution to penetrate markets.

Ampoules are used to contain pharmaceuticals formulations and chemicals that must be protected from air and contaminants.

Ampoules are produced from short lengths of glass tubing, shaped by heating with gas torches and gravity in automated production lines. Computer vision techniques are employed for quality control. Our automated machinery does the filling and sealing of ampoules.

A vial is a relatively small glass vessel or bottle, especially used to store medication as liquids.

CIRON manufactures and supplies a wide range of ear / eye / nasal drops for various ailments. Developed after extensive research, these are high in effectiveness and provide quick relief. Our ear / eye / nasal drops are available in glass vials as well as in sterilized plastic bottles with effective and attractive packaging.

Lyophilized products are rarely manufactured in India being a niche field. Lyophilized is a dehydration process typically used to preserve a perishable material and to make the material more convenient for the transport. Lyophilized works by freezing the material and then reducing the surrounding pressure and adding enough heat to allow the frozen water in the material to sublime directly from the solid phase to the gas phase. By removing the water from the material and sealing the material in a vial, the material can be easily stored, shipped, and later reconstituted to its original form.

    Expert Design and Manufacturing

Our staff of design, electrical, and application engineers possess a wealth of knowledge and experience enabling unparalleled guidance and support to our customers and their projects. Cutting-edge equipment and innovative technologies are used to develop customer concepts into sub-assemblies or complete product ranges.

    Contract manufacturing

Our engineers draw upon the vast resources available throughout the ebm-papst family to ensure that the most innovative and energy-efficient air movement components are correctly applied. Beginning with the initial product concept, our application engineers work in tandem with customers to select the best air moving solution to suit specific goals and requirements.

Once the prototype has been established, it can then be tested in our state-of-the-art airflow testing chambers. The airflow chambers are truly beneficial to our customers as they allow for optimization of equipment for outdoor a/c systems, refrigeration systems, and commercial fan applications. Each chamber has been designed to meet AMCA210-99 and ISO5801 requirements. In addition to our airflow testing capabilities, ebm-papst can conduct comparative sound, temperature, and velocity tests.

Design and electrical engineers advance the concept into a packaged air moving device incorporating sheet metal, fan controls, handlers, filters, gaskets and more. Our design engineers utilize the latest version of “Pro-Engineer” software to create a viable and cost-effective value-added solution. File sharing between customers and our team of engineers enables all stages of the prototype design to be verified before the initial build of the product.

While the design engineers develop the mechanical components of the fan assembly, the electrical engineering team can design simple fan controllers for monitoring fan speed, or complex controllers and power supplies, filtering, and specific communication protocols.

With our staff of engineering experts, a working prototype can be developed in a matter of weeks!

Our modern line of CNC punch presses, the TruPunch5000, allows us to accurately and effi ciently create metal scrolls to exact specifi cations ensuring high quality and maximum flexibility. Our TruLaser 3030 Fiber cutting machine uses a 3000 watt fiber laser beam delivery system for extremely high cutting speeds in thin sheets while also allowing for the cutting of more exotic metals like copper and brass. This machine includes the Trumpf LiftMaster Compact for the automated production loading and unloading of 5 x 10 sheets. No sheet metal is too large to manipulate using our Flexibend folding machine, and no tooling set-up is required – allowing for significant savings in both time and cost!

After the first sheet metal sample is cut or punched, the parts are then scanned for quality purposes. Our flat part measurement and digitizer, Fabrivision, scans and compares cut parts to the original CAD drawings for complete accuracy. Our Haegar automatic inserting machines will then insert nuts, bolts, or anything that a customer may require.

Our Electrostatic Powder Paint Booth has the ability to reclaim unused paint thus reducing waste through efficiency. This high-capacity paint line includes a paint oven conveyor and five-stage iron phosphate washer to streamline the finishing process. Once the sheet metal has been completed, custom assemblies incorporating our fans and blowers can be finished by adding PCB’s, power supplies, air filters, wire harnesses, labels and more!

Spectrum Pharmaceuticals Announces Initiation of a Phase 2 Trial of Poziotinib in Non-Small Cell Lung

    YahooFinance

Spectrum Pharmaceuticals Announces Initiation of a Phase 2 Trial of Poziotinib in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Patients with EGFR Exon 20 Insertion Mutations

    Spectrum pharmaceuticals

    HENDERSON, Nev.–(BUSINESS WIRE)–

Spectrum Pharmaceuticals (SPPI), a biotechnology company with fully integrated commercial and drug development operations with a primary focus in Hematology and Oncology, today announced that the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center initiated a Phase 2 trial of poziotinib in non-small cell lung cancer patients with EGFR exon 20 insertion mutations. This Phase 2 trial will evaluate Objective Response Rate (ORR) as the primary endpoint and is expected to yield preliminary results before year-end.

“We are excited to be collaborating with a prominent institution to continue to develop our potential best-in-class, novel, pan-HER inhibitor, poziotinib,” said Rajesh C. Shrotriya, M.D., Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Spectrum Pharmaceuticals. “Tumors with exon 20 mutations have generally not been responsive to several other EGFR inhibitors. However, poziotinib, due to its unique structure and characteristics, is hypothesized to inhibit cell growth of EGFR exon 20 insertions. Preclinical results from poziotinib are very encouraging, and poziotinib has the potential to be a transforming therapy for these patients who have few or no options and poor prognosis. We look forward to working closely with MD Anderson Cancer Center on this study.”

“Patients who suffer from this rare cancer have very few options for treatment and a poor prognosis with median progression free survival (PFS) of less than 2 months,” said John Heymach, M.D., Ph.D., Chairman, Professor, and David Bruton Junior Chair in Cancer Research, Department of Thoracic/Head and Neck Medical Oncology, The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. “Recently we saw promising preclinical results from poziotinib and based on our preclinical studies, drug screening, and computational modeling, we believe that poziotinib could potentially overcome steric hindrance of the drug binding pocket induced by the exon 20 insertion mutations. We have already seen encouraging results in a patient with this mutation who was recently treated with poziotinib on a compassionate basis. We look forward to further results from this trial later this year.”

Poziotinib is a novel, oral pan-HER inhibitor that irreversibly blocks signaling through the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR, HER) Family of tyrosine-kinase receptors, including HER1 (erbB1; EGFR), HER2 (erbB2), and HER4 (erbB4), and importantly, also HER receptor mutations; this, in turn, leads to the inhibition of the proliferation of tumor cells that overexpress these receptors. Mutations or overexpression/amplification of EGFR family receptors have been associated with a number of different cancers, including non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), breast cancer, and gastric cancer. Currently, poziotinib is being investigated by Hanmi in several mid-stage trials in different solid tumor indications including HER2-positive breast cancer. (Phase 2 sponsored by National OncoVenture, a funding initiative by the Korean government’s National Cancer Center).

Should I Become a Pharmacy Technician?

Pharmacy technicians work under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist and are responsible for dispensing medications. They must always direct patient questions about health or prescription medications to a pharmacist. Pharmacy technicians’ duties include filling prescriptions and interacting with patients. In order to fill a prescription request, they might count, measure, weigh, pour or mix the medication. After a pharmacist has verified and validated a prescription, technicians choose a container and prepare and affix the label. Other duties pharmacy technicians can be responsible for include completing insurance claim forms, stocking inventory and maintaining patient profiles. Pharmacy techs often spend many work hours standing, and some may work weekends and nights. The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported, in May 2015, a median annual salary of $30,410 for pharmacy technicians.

    Career Requirements

Sources: U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, O*NET OnLine

To become a pharmacy technician, you’ll need a high school diploma and should consider formal training resulting in a certificate and associate’s degree, which is preferred by some employers. Many technicians learn through on-the-job training and most states have regulations for pharmacy technicians, which may result in a license, while some states and employers require certification. You’ll also need customer service, organizational, listening and math skills, attention to detail and the ability to use automatic bottle filling machines and label-making software.

Steps to Become a Pharmacy Technician

Let’s learn about the steps to become a pharmacy technician.

Step 1: Complete a Pharmacy Technician Program

There are no formal education requirements for becoming a pharmacy technician beyond a high school diploma. However, many employers prefer job applicants who have completed a formal training program. Pharmacy technician programs can be found at community colleges and vocational schools. Programs generally award a certificate or associate’s degree and can last between one to two years. In these programs, students become familiar with medications, pharmacy procedures, pharmaceutical terminology and pharmacy law.

Participate in an internship. An internship may be part of a pharmacy technician program or available after an individual has completed their educational requirements. Interns are able to work and learn under the supervision of a professional pharmacy technician and gain valuable experience in the field. This is also a chance for individuals to learn about dosage, names and actions of different medications

    Step 2: Learn State Requirements

The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics notes that many states have regulations for pharmacy technicians. This could include the number of formal training and continuing education hours required, exams and fees. Depending on a state’s regulatory laws, pharmacy technicians may be recognized with a license after passing an exam. Prospective technicians should check with their state’s Board of Pharmacy to determine what’s necessary to pursue employment.

    Step 3: Consider Becoming Certified

Although not all states and employers require pharmacy technicians to be certified, voluntary certification may be helpful when seeking employment. Two organizations that offer certification examinations are the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) and the National Healthcareer Association (NHA). Both organizations offer the Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) designation. Eligibility requirements for the CPhT exam include a high school diploma and, in the case of the NHA, completion of a pharmacy technician training program or at least one year of experience in the field. To maintain certification, both organizations require 2-year period.

To become a pharmacy technician, you should consider completing a pharmacy tech program, become familiar with your state’s requirements for this position and consider certification.
