Kim joined PALIO in 2014, and it was GO time. A new course has been chartered for the agency, with a clear vision for excellence at PALIO. PALIO ignited. New talent has joined, new clients have jumped on board, awards inundate the offices, a 15th anniversary was celebrated, and our leaders have shared insights across national platforms. The cornerstone is laid to build the agency of the future. “My mission is simple – I want to be the agency partner our clients rely on for brilliant business-building ideas.”

Kim has worked for nearly two decades on the agency and client side, leading winning teams and winning leading clients. Kim started her career in consumer marketing where her passion remains strong—educating consumers and patients on health choices and behavior modification is an important role agencies and their clients play in our world today. Prior to joining PALIO, Kim was a partner at The CementBloc where she helped to transform the traditional boutique healthcare agency to a full-service, digital-first award- winning agency. Prior to that, Kim held marketing leadership positions at Pfizer and within WPP and Omnicom.

She has been recognized as a top marketer of the year by DTC Perspectives and a Rising Star by MM M. Most recently, PM360 has recognized Kim as an ELITE leader in healthcare.

With 20 years of experience, Matthew Howes has developed and executed the strategy behind dozens of new product launches that serve over 100 million people every month and generate billions of dollars in revenue every year. Howes has a proven track record of launching new brands and expanding established businesses into new markets. He is responsible for driving innovation and growth with our key clients, and serves as a conduit to the vast strategic resources within the inVentiv Health network.

Matthew has held senior positions at IOMEDIA, Havas Health, and The CementBloc, and has worked with biopharma organizations of all sizes, across numerous therapeutic areas, for both inline and pipeline products. He is well-versed in brand, digital, and relationship marketing for DTC, HCP, and managed care audiences. Howes began his career in management consulting, where he held positions at CSC and Conduit, working in financial services, technology, travel and leisure, and media and entertainment before moving to the advertising industry in 1999 to build out interactive marketing departments on Madison Avenue. Howes has served as a juror for the CLIO Healthcare Awards and is a regular speaker at industry events. His column, “The Pulse on Global Trials,” appears in CenterWatch Weekly.

As an experienced leader in technology, Bryan Roman provides direction and insight to multi-disciplined technology teams of designers, user experience developers, strategists and producers. He is well versed in the realms of client relationship, new business development, vendor management, talent resourcing and internal operations. Roman is forever exploring innovative applications to leverage perfect solutions for client needs.

At PALIO, Roman manages and leads technology solutions across the agency’s offices. He is responsible for helping deliver innovative and engaging technological solutions for all our client’s work. Prior to joining PALIO, Roman was director of technology at Fancy Pants Group, charged with managing and leading the development of their technology team and driving innovation through research and development. In the same role at Mcgarrybowen, Roman enhanced digital strategy by cultivating a group of technologists able to offer full-service development needs, ultimately managing technical leads who ran teams in their respective skill groups. Roman has also developed touchscreen and digital display applications, e-commerce and consumer sites, and API codebase.
